Step 3: Scrubbing

The third step of facials is scrubbing. It removes dead cells of the skin. For scrubbing, you can prepare the mixture only from what is in the house. You can make homemade scrubs in many ways like

• Prepare the mixture by mixing 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp honey, and 1 tsp milk and apply it on the face and massage it in a circular motion, as in scrubbing.
• Scrub can also be prepared by mixing 1 teaspoon ground oatmeal, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1 teaspoon olive oil.
• You can also be scrubbed with the prepared mixture by mixing 1 teaspoon ground almonds, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1 teaspoon water.

After scrubbing wash the face and pat it dry. Wipe with a wet cloth to remove scrubs from around the eyes.
